What is Traditional Yogic Massage?
The massage works on the basis of stimulating life energy through pressing on SEN SIB. The SEN SIB or the ten major lines represent the channels of the body's life energy that flow through the entire body (Qi). The correct technique of applying pressure on these lines will help maintain balance of life energy for the body and mind by releasing any energy blockages and increasing the flow.
