What to expect on your visit
Both the therapist and the receiver wear loose comfortable clothes. The Massage therapist uses feet, knees, elbows and bodyweight, for rocking and pressure. The therapist will work on soft tissue; rotate limbs whilst moving in a state of meditation. You, the receiver will feel as though you have experienced the full effects of a good massage and taken a yoga class. You will be left with a feeling of body, mind and spirit in harmony. Thai massage is done very slowly. The meditative flow is kept through deep breathing, rocking rhythmically and repeating patterns. The massage embraces the universal attributes of compassion, patience and awareness.
