JUNIOR BEGINNERS COURSE

FREE 5 WEEK INTRODUCTION

Commencing saturday 28th January, 2.00pm to 3.00pm

We run special classes for juniors, both boys and girls, from 5 years of age. Karate has many benefits; it builds confidence, physical fitness and of course gives children the ability to defend themselves.

Introduction course for juniors (5 and over) with asssessment on the 5th week. Parent or guardian required to watch for the first 5 weeks.

No special clothing is required, just something loose i.e. Tracksuit trousers, a T-shirt and nothing on the feet. The special class is from 10am till 11am on a Saturday Morning.

I would like to point out that in order for your children to get the full benefit from Karate it will take a commitment on your part as they need to attend on a regular basis and to practice at home

For further details please call Syd on 020 8287 3262 or visit the Club on a Saturday between 10am to 5pm.
