“It’s not easy as you think curating your breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day so you need to really think about getting the balance right and ensuring a good mixture of foodstuffs that represent your personal aesthetic bearing in mind such factors as nutrition and fair trade. For this task therefore I’ve spent hours going through all my favourite breakfast items over the past 48 years and come up with what I feel a recipe for success; a banana and a bowl of Sugar Puffs.”
