Tai Chi in the Park 2009

Each Summer we organise one or more Sunday mornings in the park. These are free events and anybody may come along and join in.

This year we have an event in Taunton and one in Weston super Mare.  In Weston-s-Mare we will be in Grove Park on the morning of 28 June 10am-12pm. The Taunton event will be at the Frank Bond Community Centre, Bishops Hull on Sunday 5 July 10am-12pm.

Generally lots of members of the public together with students from local evening classes and over 60's groups. Come and join in!

We practice a range of Qigong exercises and there are demonstrations of various parts of the Tai Chi hand form as well as some fan and weapons demonstrations.

Grand-Master Chen Xiao Wang Visit

At least once a year there is a visit from grand master Chen Xiao Wang to Bristol.

As always Master Chen's presence and teaching is inspirational and will know doubt help to keep us working hard at our Tai Chi until his next visit.
