Tai Chi Form

The Tai Chi Form is really the basis of all Tai Chi practice. As you master the form you are strengthening your body and developing the skills necessary to take on further Tai Chi practices like the Fan Form, Pushing hands and Weapons forms.

The Tai Chi form is itself challenging to master.  First you must learn the basic movements and then practice them to the point where your body automatically maintains the correct postures, flows from one posture to another and moves internally in the right way.
