Tai Chi Bang 8 Immortals Flute – Part 3 – This workshop will provide an understanding of the movements and martial applications connected with this form. Section 3 trains self-defence skill. The routine is based on characteristic Tai Chi postures with the traditional "eight-immortal flute's" martial functions.  This course is suitable for people who have a basic understanding of Tai Chi applications, self defence or those who are studying for OCN Level 3 Tai Chi Bang.  Cost - £36.00

Push Hands - Push Hands is an important part of traditional Tai Chi training. Postures will be practised to aid an understanding of the energy flow, to help develop sensitivity, and to react with peng, lu, ji, an (ward off, roll back, press, push).  This course is suitable for all abilities.  Cost - £36.00

Chen Old Frame, Section 1 - The original Chen style Tai Chi is the oldest style practiced today .It is characterized by whole-body twining, coiling movements, and occasionally explosive releases of power. Postures for the first section of this Form will be covered during the session.  This course is suitable for all abilities.  Cost - £36.00

 

Sunday 17th June 2012 – 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm – Course Code   NRQ11BWG02

 

9 Piece Qigong -  This traditional Qigong practice is based onTai Chi postures from five major styles and Push Hands. The workshop will also include a series of warm up exercises for the major joints opening up the energy channels within the body.  This course is suitable for all abilities.  Cost - £36.00
