However should not wish to use PayPal, we are happy to accept UK Cheques. We do not recommend that you send cash through the mail. If you use the shopping basket facility with PayPal, postage will be calculated automatically.

Please note postage on PayPal is calculated for UK customers only, we will advise overseas customers separately of any additional postage costs. 

After payment, PayPal should automatically send you a payment receipt and send us details of the order. On receipt of this order we will email you confirmation and estimated despatch date. If you do not receive this confirmation from us confirming the order within 2 working days, please contact us direct, PayPal acknowledge that delivery of their notifications is not always guaranteed.

As an alternative to PayPal, you can place an order by phone, mail or email.

In which case, please include product code, description and quantity of each item required. It is important that you include your Name and Delivery Address, complete with Post Code and a Contact Number.

It is also helpful if you can provide an email address so that we can keep you informed of the orders progress or of any problems. We will not give out this address or send any unsolicited email. If you would like to receive information on new additions to our ranges please let us know. If you also tell us what games you play, we will endeavour to inform you about relevant products only.

Orders will be dispatched once your payment has cleared.

Please allow 28 days delivery, although we endeavour to turn around items within 10 working days of receipt of cheque.

Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice, and we will endeavour to keep the prices on this site as up to date as possible. Any underpayment for an order will result in the order being adjusted accordingly. Any over payment will be credited to your account unless you request a refund.

Postage and Packaging for UK customers:

For UK destinations postage is based on order value:

Parcels will be sent by Royal mail (up to 20kg) which can take 3-5 days from dispatch. Next day delivery can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us for details.

Postage and Packaging to European and Overseas customers:

Please contact us about postage and packaging costs and methods of payment. Fortunately many of our items are light so postage will be quoted based on weight and method of transport.

We will replace any items damaged in transit.

If any of your items arrive in a damaged state please contact us before returning them. We will advise you how to return them and will refund any postage cost incurred, provided our instructions are followed.

If returning goods, other than those damaged in transit, the cost of postage will not be refunded.

In all cases you should obtain a ' Proof of postage' receipt on any returned items, which is free from UK post offices.
