It has fitted carpets and LP Gas central
heating throughout.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4
people.

Lounge with woodburning stove, radio CD
Player, colour television with 'freeview'.
DVD and Video players.
Seperate Dining room.
Modern kitchen with, pine units, microwave,
electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher,
and fridge/ freezer.
Bathroom.
1st floor:
One Double bedroom.
One Twin room.
Shower room including toilet and handbasin.
Garden:
The garden is approximately 200 square
metres in size in an 'L' shape. Mature trees
provide seclusion, and the elevated patio
overlooks several flower beds and a large
lawn. The patio also provides superb views
of Cader Idris and Barmouth Bay.
General Information:
All linen is provided, including
towels and tea towels
.
The cottage is available from 4pm on day
of arrival and visitors are requested to
leave no later than 10.00am on the day of
departure.
Electricity, gas and one basket of logs
is included in the rent. Ample parking in
front of cottage.
For the benefit of all users of the cottage,
no pets are allowed.
We regret that access to the cottage is
not suitable for the infirm or users of
wheelchairs
