The prices given are for occupancy by 3 people although the house can sleep up to 7. Additional people are £25 per person per week.
The cost includes all linen including towels and swimming towels, water and gas and electricity up to the equivalent of 15 Euros per week of electricity at the standard EDF tariff. (in practice this means there will be no charge for electricity unless the electric heaters are used.) A welcome pack is provided on arrival to cover your immediate needs.
A cot is available and there is no charge for a child under the age of 2 years.

A deposit of £50 per week is required when the booking is confirmed with the balance paid on arrival.
A further deposit of £50 is taken on arrival to cover possible electricity and/or cleaning charges. This will be refunded within seven days of departure.
