The house is approximately 300 years old but has been fully modernised whilst keeping its character. Built on three floors, the house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and fully furnished kitchen with a washing machine. In addition there is a terrace fitted with table and chairs and a gas barbecue.
The house is fully furnished with everything you could need and there is a television with DVD and video players together with many DVD’s and videos. There is also a library of books and guides in English and French.
The house is situated in the pedestrianised Place Ste. Quitterie opposite the church and very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The weekly market takes place only 100m from the house and the tourist information centre is on the opposite side of the square.
