A place to share all those taxi stories that drivers
always harp on about, the type of comedy that cannot be written some so
ludicrous that they are hard to believe but being Cabbies you know that they
are true, having said that some stories do get slightly inflated and
exaggerated each and every time they are told.
So if you have one of these stories, anecdotes or
ditties (hackney or private hire) however big or small and wish to share please

Example
I once picked up a chap
(private hire) who was a bit worse for wear, who wanted to collect some Indian
food on the journey home. We stopped at the Indian take away collected food and
carried on with journey. Chap said he was really looking forward to eating this
take away. At the end of the journey the chap opened door and placed his take
away on the path just outside the car and proceeded to pay me. After he had paid
he said thank you very much and went to get out of the car, only to stand on
his take away! Splat curry every where!
