POETRY GROUP - Group Leaders, Sally Elliott & Mavis Wallace

We meet on alternate Wednesdays, 2 pm to 4pm at Harrogate High School (formerly Granby High School) Community Centre.
Poetry reading and discussion on a variety of poets, from Donne to Keats to Auden to Plath, including some contemporary Poets.
Group Members bring along poems on a theme given at the previous meeting or by a chosen poet. Some members lead a session on a poet, followed by all reading some of his/her poems.
We have a membership of 17 which allows each member to read two poems in the time available.
