You must always give the viewer the right information, if you wish to promote your business or organisation to its best advantage.

I work on the 'KISS' principle (Keep it Simple). We have all been to websites where we have lost the will to live before we've found the service or item we need. My aim is to avoid this.

Once your website is to your standard, I will find you a server to host it. I will always try to find you the best deal, and try to ensure the server is based in the UK.

I will not charge you for any research work I have to undertake to find suitable coding or layouts to fit with your needs.

My sites are predominantly coded in .html with .pdf downloads. However, I have also worked with .asp and aspnet coding, and can provide Microsoft® Word®, Excel®, Powerpoint®, and Access® based documents.

If you have a site that has suffered due to lack of investment I can help you can take that next step. I will work with you to achieve the look and functionality you require.

Have things moved on since your site was originally designed?
Are there functions you would like to add but never had time?
Do the graphics need updating to give it a crisper more professional look?
Does the site conform to European and National Legislation?
Do you need to add automated forms?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes.

Then it's time to give it the once over and seek new ideas.
Ideas cost nothing. It's sitting down and coding them that sometimes takes a bit of time.

Server side and coding side problems can occur, but considering the complexity of the web these problems are fortunately very rare.

Because websites are not snazzy word processing documents. They are a series of code which is transmitted from the server to the viewers computer. Once the computer interprets the code, it displays the information sent by the server. To view an example of this, I have made a .pdf version of this page. Depending on the complexity of the web page the room for error is quite large, and to overcome this:

I will contractually maintain any website I create, subject to agreement.
Faults will be corrected as soon as possible
The owners of the hosting server will be contacted to rectify any server errors.

I will always endeavor to solve problems, and proactively work to stop problems occurring.

This can be done in two ways:

Either you can manage a site yourself.
Or, you can let someone manage it for you.

I will undertake to keep your site current and refreshed. This includes any third party site created site.

I will ensure that updates required by you will be applied on a 'Quicker the Better' principle
