Well you have found the web site of Terri Lee Drag Racing. If you are here on purpose or just by accident take a look around and if there is something you want to know or you have any comments about the site then drop me an e-mail.

Terri Lee Drag Racing began in November 2000, however we have only been in competition since the 2002 season. We have had many trials and tribulations in our first year of competition and everyone involved were still finding their feet. 2002 was known as our 'Learning Curve Tour' and what a steep curve it was

The 2003 season finished before we even started with our engine giving up the ghost, so we spent the year saving hard for a new one

The 2004 season saw us record PB after PB ending in a best of 10.556 at 126.72mph and we finished 17th in the Santa Pod Championship.

2005 saw some ups and downs but again a new PB of 10.436 at 130.01mph and we finished 19th in the Santa Pod Championship after missing the final round. We sat out 2006 due to Ian's ill health and 2007 see's us rebuilding the van to come out towards the end of the year for some shake down runs and fault finding with the gearbox ready for full season in 2008.

So what is Terri Lee Drag Racing? We have grown out of 'Team Orange Drag Racing' , which for anyone not in the sport or not an avid fan Team Orange are Steve and Jayne Wells who run the Orange Blown Pop Pick Up in Super Gas, you will see from the drivers details page our relationship with Steve and Jayne. Like Team Orange we are a husband and wife team, Ian and Terri Lee, and we have 3 crew members, Richard Potts, Helen Bell and John Pickering. However you will rarely see Ian at the start line as he likes to take a back seat and leave that to Richard and Helen

We have divided our site up so you can choose what you want to read about. Take a look at the van's vital statistics or roam round Ian's page and find out what it is like trying to build your own dragster. There is a page for our crew so you know what it is like being on the outside of the van and a page for me, Terri Lee, the driver.
