Farmhouse bed and breakfast from SE

Hagg Bridge Farm is a traditional Yorkshire farmhouse built around the turn of the 18th century. It has been carefully restored to retain much of its original detail and atmosphere but providing modern levels of comfort.

As well as being a farmhouse it was also a coaching inn for much of the 19th century. The outbuilding in the foreground of the picture on the right was the blacksmiths shop and the forge was still in use until 1932 when the last blacksmith retired.

We opened the B&B in 1999 and have now annexed part of the adjoining barn which has been converted into two en suite bedrooms and a guest lounge.
