Chen Style Tai Chi (Taiji)

    Chen Style Tai Chi is characterised by contineous, circular and extended, outwardly gentle but inwardly strong movements.  

         

It is suitable for all - practiced as a martial art or as a means of keeping the body fit.

We follow the teachings of Grand Master Chen Xiaowang, the 19th generation successor of the Chen family style of Tai Chi.
