    Qigong is part of traditional Chinese medicine and it has never been more relevant to the modern way of life.  
         

It is a healing system and consists of simple exercises and relaxed natural breathing, allowing body and mind to achieve the harmony of true health.

Meditation, visualisation, and self-massage are also used to develop sensitivity to promote healing.
