Cancellations

Cancellation of a confirmed booking by the customer will incur charges as follows, dependant on the time of cancellation:

 

Before 9:00 am on the day prior to the day of reservation:                                       No charge

 

Before midnight on the day prior to the day of reservation:                                 50% of daily rate

 

Thereafter                                                                                                                100% of daily rate

 

Where a deposit is required it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
