A Bad Day for Bears

Five teddy bears had all been taken out on trips with the children that owned them. They were not, however, very successful outings. Each poor teddy suffered a traumatic event. Fortunately, later, as they were teddy bears they were all able to be repaired and returned to their former glory.

Can you determine what event happened to each bear and what the outcome was and who they belonged to?
