Dinosaur Dig
A
group of professors met for a convention & after a visit to the pub
they went to Prof Strudel's house & decided to dig for new dinosaurs
in the back yard. Each found a bone & classified it as a new type
of dinosaur. What did each professor call their new dinosaur, at what
depth did they find it & from what animal did the bone really originate.
Professor: Prof Bedlam, Prof Chance, Prof Goon, Prof Pear, Prof Strudel.
Depth: 60cm, 75cm, 90cm, 1m 20cm, 1m 80cm.
Dinosaur: Andysaurus, Antisaurus, Dodgysaurus, Isaurus, Wenesaurus.
Animal: Blackbird, Cow, Ferret, Pig, Rabbit.
Professor: Prof Bedlam, Prof Chance, Prof Goon, Prof Pear, Prof Strudel.
Depth: 60cm, 75cm, 90cm, 1m 20cm, 1m 80cm.
Dinosaur: Andysaurus, Antisaurus, Dodgysaurus, Isaurus, Wenesaurus.

Clues 1. Professor Bedlam found his new dinosaur, this was not named Isaurus, at exactly twice the depth of where Antisaurus was found. 2. Professor Chance found the cow's bone, although no other professor's animal's bone started with the same initial as his name. 3. The rabbit's bone was found at a depth of 1m 20cm. 4. The pig's bone was declared to be a Wenesaurus and was found at a lesser depth than Andysaurus. 5. Prof Goon's bone was at a depth of over 1m. 6. Dodgysaurus was found at a depth of 75cm which was closer to the ground than the cow's bone. |
