The annual flea sporting extravaganza (mostly jumping events naturally) was held in Beastie Town this year. They took place in a circular arena, with one event to the north, one to the south, one to the west, another to the east and lastly one in the centre, as shown in the diagram:

The High Jump was held further South than the event taken part in by Inspired-flea, who did not come 2nd. The event held to the south was where the competitor came in 5th position. Express-flea was east of only the triple jump event and south of only the event where the competitor came 2nd. 1st or 2nd place was not in the Hurdles, which was west of only the Pole Vault. Hyper-flea's event was somewhere between the Pole Vault and the event in which the competitor came 4th. Brawny-flea's event was further north than the event in which the competitor came 3rd. The event in which the competitor came 4th was directly across from Mitey-flea's. The Long jump took place over nose to tail dachshunds, and the fleas, as a bonus prize, were allowed to continue residing wherever they landed.
