You can park at the award-winning Blue Bull Inn at Triscombe (ST156355). Follow the road up to the right and keep an eye out for a track through the bushes of your left just past the thatched house on the right. A stiff pull gets you to higher ground from where the trig point is just a bit further on. There is a slightly shorter route from the car park at ST164359 which has 400’ less ascent, but getting to it is less convenient.
