You cannot park at Tromie Bridge at the start of the Glen Tromie track so I parked at the Insh Marshes nature reserve car park at NN775998 (there is parking for 1 car at the roadside at NN787994). The 7.5 mile bike ride to the start of the hill at NN758910 is easy with many sections tarmac'd as it the ascent of the hill. Although there is a notice prohibiting cars, there were several cars parked on my return and there is a parking area at Bhran Cottage NN794913.
