Groups of minimum 6, maximum 10. An ideal introduction to the workings of the voice with exercises and songs. Group singing largely but soloists encouraged. Troubleshooting session for existing singers.

* Soul Sisters
A cost-effective way to fast-track your technique and confidence. A 10-week group course leading to a concert party. All levels welcome and song material suggestions invited. Groups of 12. Soul Sisters 2 is a follow-on course for those who have completed the first course. Next course starts February 2009. £110 per person. Join the standby list

* Custom courses
Available on demand. Examples include "Acting and the voice"; "Soul it up" for singers of the classical tradition wishing to develop a "popular" sound; "Singing for the Songwriter" designing melodies and lyrics to showcase the voice.
