~~~ Responding to All Three Needs ~~~

Reformation Christian Ministries is unique in that it earnestly seeks to respond not just to one or two of these universal needs, but to all three -- with a truly and consistently Christian approach that, in each area of need, addresses the root causes of problems with biblical answers that produce lasting solutions.
RCM's approach is rooted in Scripture in fulfilment of the Great Commission. It directs Christians to become God’s instruments of transformation -- transformation of individuals, families and ultimately, nations. Our Lord said it this way, Preach the Gospel to every creature (Mk. 16:15) -- (but don't stop there) -- make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19). When a person truly responds to the Gospel, his life is transformed (Rom. 12:2), as he begins rebuilding it upon God's truth. Christ's intention is for this same process to spread throughout the family, community and eventually the entire nation, even spilling over into other nations -- each new Christian repeating the process. As more people are saved and gathered into congregations for fellowship, instruction and oversight, Christ tells us that a conscious, obedient effort is to be made to disciple each nation. RCM's approach is simply Christ's command. Transforming people for transforming nations -- this is the goal of Christ's Great Commission -- this is the goal of reformation and of RCM.
Here is how RCM has been responding to these three universal needs:

~~~ Addressing Spiritual Needs ~~~ |
- Distributed over 30,000 Gospel courses in 3 languages into
45 nations including Nicaragua, Guyana, Albania, Southern Africa
and the islands of the Caribbean. Churches are needed to grade
courses. Courses soon available in Russian, Dutch, French, and Spanish.
- Reached thousands who have professed faith through direct evangelism
and the Bible courses. Many are now joining local churches.
- Trained Nicaragua, El Salvador, Suriname, Guyana, Albania,
South Africa, Russia hundreds of faithful men from local churches
to teach others (2 Tim. 2:2) through theological and seminary courses
in and other countries.
- Planted or currently assisting churches in Suriname, Nicaragua,
El Salvador, Albania, Russia, United Kingdom and some restricted
countries.
- Converted whole churches to this biblical reformational faith
in Suriname and
- Produced, translated and/or distributed biblically orthodox
children’s catechisms, Bible courses, Bible-reading materials and curriculum.

~~~ Addressing Human Needs -- Physical and Cultural ~~~ |

- Founded the largest Christian day school in Suriname, currently enrolling over three hundred children from the local and international community from K-4 through 12th grades. Also established a seminary and college extension program offering Bachelor and Master degrees.
- Provided training for church leaders, Christian school teachers and students in a biblical world and life view in Albania, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Suriname, Guyana, Russia, Namibia, Zimbabwe and some restricted countries.
- Developed Christian education with home schooling, day schools, institutes and colleges:
- first Christian school seminar ever held in Nicaragua
- Christian study & reading center for various disciplines beginning in Albania and Russia
- extension high-school and college program on audio/video now in use and being further developed.
- Established economic and business development aimed at providing jobs, creating in-country funding for ministry, promoting biblical Christian business principles and free enterprise in Suriname and Nicaragua and similar projects at various stages in Russia, Guyana, and Albania
- Provided deaconal aid: food, clothing, medicine, equipment, school and other supplies to Nicaragua and Suriname.

- Provided training in homes, schools and churches on the biblical perspective on law, civil government, justice, poverty and economics and the role of the average Christian citizen in bringing about transformation in these areas.
- Aided persecuted Christians in Russia, Nicaragua, Suriname, Guyana and others.
- Provided practical and biblical counsel in response to requests for:
- biblical response to pro-abortion legislation in Nicaragua, contributing to its defeat
- biblical critique of a political party platform and education programs in Nicaragua
- biblical perspectives on international relations, education, economics, and development in Russia
- model laws for home schooling and foster and orphan care in Albania
- counsel on constitutional reform from a biblical perspective in Albania, Russia, Nicaragua, and China
