DIRECTIONS TO THORNCLIFFE B&B
If arriving from the A591take the turn off for Windermere town centre the A5074. Drive through the town towards Bowness, after approx half a mile take a left turn at the Baddeley Clock (which is on your left) and then a right onto Prince's Road. Thorncliffe can be found on the right mid-terrace just after the turning for Queen's Drive. It is in-between Montfort Cottage and Glenthorne. Look for the bear on the porch.
If arriving from the A592 drive through Bowness village towards Windermere on the A5074. After approx .5 mile, take a right turn onto Thornbarrow Road, then a left turn onto Prince's Road. Thorncliffe can be found on the left after approx 200yds. it is in-between Montfort Cottage and Glenthorne. Look for the bear on the porch.
If travelling by train the nearest station is Windermere.
National Express coaches drop off in Windermere, next to the rail station. Taxis are available.
