All prices quoted are per person per night based on 2 adults sharing a double room and includes a full English or Vegetarian breakfast.
For single occupancy of a double room please add an additional £5.00 to the prices below.
Thorncliffe is not suitable for disabled guests.
Thorncliffe is an adult only, gay friendly B&B and is totally non-smoking.
Well behaved dogs are accepted, but are not allowed on the beds.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
The full cost of the stay, or balance, if a deposit has been paid, must be paid on arrival.

We are open for both Christmas and New year, there is a 3 night minimum
stay required for both.
Christmas - £35.00 pppn.
New Year - £32.00 pppn.
