In June this year Anna Esslemont (Uiscedwr) travelled to Treasure Beach, in southern Jamaica, She found a vibrant community full of inspiring people, sights and sounds that would lead to her returning there after only 10 days at home! On her return she visited a few local schools (with her Tim Phillips violin) where she played for the children. Most of them had never seen a violin before, never mind one that was green!! " A moment I will never forget was when the children all joined with me singing Bob Marley's song, 3 Little Birds, backed of course by my green violin. They knew every word, and grooved so naturally, it makes me smile just to think of it. I will be returning to this incredible place in a week, to lay more foundations for hopefully becoming an artist in residence in the community over the coming years".

At last I finally got 'round to recording
a third TRI-FOLK CD. I've had loads of great feedback from players using No.1 and 2, so at last here is No.3 ! This one has 10 American fiddle tunes to learn and play along with.
