Do you produce a news feed?

Yes. There is a RSS News Feed (XML) link on the side of the home page. Just use the link in your favourite news reader.

Can I download or link to items on the site?

The use of any pictures or information posted on the site are subject to the site policy which is currently under development. Until the policy is posted we have to say that "..unless otherwise copyrighted, any reproduction, publication, distribution or transmission of any site content is prohibited without the written permission of the St Swithun's PCC"

Do you have a site policy?

We are currently developing a policy for the site that will include statements on purpose, content, governance and privacy. Watch this space!

Can I submit items to the site?

If you have an item related to the life of St Swithun's church family that you think may be of interest please email it to us at and we will consider it for posting. Please note that we cannot post everything we receive and reserve the right to edit items or reject items we think are not suitable.

Why is my event not in the church diary?

The actual St Swithun's diary is hanging up in church. We try to keep the diary linked to this site at up to date as possible but it may be that we have missed your event.

Can I add events to the Church diary online?

Sorry, we are afraid you can't. The diary linked to this site is maintained offline and need to be coordinated with the actual church calendar that is hanging up in church. If you have an event that you think should go in the diary then please email it to us and we will se what we can do.
