where you can enjoy a stroll amongst the colourful houses or visit the many
galleries of local artists and potters. The village is situated in a

Church - A small romantic 12th century church which stands
as a dramatic memorial to the ravaging forces of nature. The breaking

church. It is now situated close to the edge of the high cliff and
looked after by the National Museum. The anchor by the west gable

three communal graves in the cemetery where a memorial has been erected.

region since the 18th century. Today, the museum itself is partly covered by
sand.
