Sailed as PS Britannia for the Hastings, St Leonards on Sea and
Eastbourne Steamboat Company Ltd
Sold back to John Williamson in 1904, she was immediately re-sold to
the GSWR and renamed PS Vulcan
Back in Williamson ownership in April 1908, regaining her original
name PS Kylemore.
Operated the Glasgow to Rothesay service
Stationed at Dunkirk and Harwich undertaking minesweeping duties in
World War I
Returned to her original employment in 1920 remaining varying her
duties little until World War II
Kylemore was lost during a bombing raid off Harwich on August 21st,
1940
