InvitationAs a member of the Ramblers we would like to invite you to theCamel Ramblers 2009 A.G.M. day Saturday 7th November The Village Hall, Blisland 10.00 am onwards However it is not just a meeting. We have put together an interesting and full programme for the day starting with a walk followed by a subsidised lunch. Then a talk on the industrial heritage of Blisland followed by our AGM. The programme for the day is :- 10.00 am Meet at The Village Hall, Blisland (SX100733) just north of Blisland village green. We will have a gentle 4 mile, 2 hour walk around the area, you will need boots for this. 12.00 pm The Blisland Inn are providing a chunky vegetable soup and warm bread at a subsidised rate of £3.00 per person. During lunch we will have our now famous RAFFLE This has proved very popular in the past with a wide variety of high quality gifts on offer principally from COUNTRYWISE of Wadebridge. So you may want to bring a little bit of money along with you. 1.15 pm Guest speakers on a variety of walking subjects, details will be confirmed nearer the date. 2.15 pm A.G.M. This is an opportunity for you to air your views on the footpaths in North Cornwall or any walking issues you may have. There are a number of items on the agenda from appointing committee members to discussing the need for more leaders. 3.30 pm ish The day ends with tea, coffee and cake. PS Don’t worry if you can’t make the whole day, come along for just one part, the walk, the talk or the AGM we would love see you there.
