Welcome to the web site for and about the activities of 'The Ramblers' in Cornwall.

New members and people that have come to live in Cornwall are all welcome and we hope that you will join us on walks social events and meetings.

Non members are welcome too on all walks and are invited to try out walks with different groups before joining the Ramblers.

Membership of a local walking group gives you the opportunity to meet like-minded people.

Cornwall Area Management Meeting
The next meeting will be April 29th. The dates for the remainder of 2010 are July 22nd, and October 21st. All meetings are now at Fraddon Village Hall starting at 2pm and hopefully ending at 4pm. Please make a note of the dates and send a representative from each group to find out what's going on in the Ramblers Cornish groups and nationally. All members are very welcome.

Training Day
A new date has been arranged and the details are included in the new walks book.

Local Group Publications
Groups publish local walks books, they are very good value for money, find out more by following the link.

The Ramblers is Britain's biggest charity working to promote walking and to improve conditions for all walkers. We work to protect Britain's unique network of public paths, to increase access for walkers, to protect the countryside and to promote walking for health and pleasure. Please support our work by joining us -- we rely on membership subscriptions and donations to fund our work. To find out more and join online go to The Ramblers web site.
