Walking group for
20s to 40s - Kernowboots

The ‘younger’ Ramblers group for Cornwall have now decided to be the 20s-40s group, i.e. for walkers up to the age of 49, as this seems to be the age group we attract.
Numbers on walks have continued to build with new people coming along all the time, some of whom go on to become regular members and join up.
As of our AGM in March, our committee stands as follows:
Catherine Harvey remains as Group Secretary and Chairman Brian Harvey has agreed to become our Treasurer.
Andrew Ray has become our Membership Secretary.
Alistair Beasley continues as Rights of Way/Countryside/Access Officer.
Anna Retallack has become our Walks Secretary.
Lucy Whetman is the Publicity Officer.

At the time of writing it looks like a large proportion of our group will be leading walks between July and December, so we should have a good programme for the rest of 2009.

Possible tea and cake stop at sister-in-law's half way (if she's in!).
