IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON YOUR FEES AND REFUNDS

THE CAVALCADE IS NOW CANCELLED, BUT YOU CAN STILL DONATE YOUR ENTRY FEE TO THE JAMES PAGET UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY UNIT.  WE WILL BE PLEASED TO PASS YOUR £10 TO THEM AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY.  We would appreciate your confirmation by email that this is your wish.

However, if you wish to have a refund of your payment there are the two alternatives we can offer :

1. In person, at Royal Green, Lowestoft on Sunday 26 July, between 10am and 5pm.  Please bring proof of identity.

2. By post to our PO Box address, using the Refund form or providing details of full name and address.  You will need to send a stamped addressed envelope for the cheque to be sent to you, please.

Please download and print the “Refund Form” HERE for instructions on how to make a request.  Please be patient. We will deal with requests as quickly as we can.

It is our intention to donate all money remaining in respect of Eastern Lights Motorcycle Cavalcade entry fees to James Paget University Hospital Accident & Emergency Unit.  

Therefore, the latest date for refund requests will be

31 August 2009 after which date the money will be handed over to JPH.  There will be an announcement on our website of the amount donated shortly after this date.

We will, of course, also be pleased to see you at Royal Green on Lowestoft seafront on Sunday 26 July 2009 if you wish to join us for a final get together.  There will be parking for motorbikes on the Green as usual and plenty of activity on the seafront.   I must stress though that each biker must travel independently with normal traffic considerations and no special arrangements  until safely on Royal Green.
