February Update from The Management
Further
refurbishment to the club has now been completed with the Concert Room being
redecorated & having a new drop ceiling installed. Along with that is new
& better lighting, stage & dance floor lighting & stage curtain
& lighting. This has been well received by our members & visitors.
Whilst
we were at it & to comply with new regulations, all of the electrics are
being upgraded in the club, this is nearing completion. Work like this is
essential to keep the premises safe & up to date but we are still continuing
with decorating as requested by our members as & when the funds are
available.
We
aim to make our club as comfortable & friendly as possible within the funds
we have, bearing in mind the recession that is going on. Please let us know any
comments or suggestions you have but putting a letter in the box which is
located in the hallway.
Finally,
as a reminder, lady members are able to buy associate pass cards. This means
that ladies who wish to buy this card have the same rights as male members in
those clubs that accept full lady members. So they can visit other clubs on
there own, go to meetings & have a vote & join in with the CIU Branch
Knockouts.

We offer a warm welcome to all members & CIU affiliated
members & their guests.
We are less than 1 mile from Towcester Race Course &
only 4 miles from Silverstone GP Circuit.
As well as all of the usual club facilities like
Entertainment & Sports, we boast an all weather Bowls Green.
Coach parties are welcome on prior arrangement.
