1 The Constitution shall only be changed by a majority vote at the General Meeting (A.G. M.) or by a two thirds vote at an Extraordinary Meeting.
2 At least one months notice of an Extraordinary Meeting shall be given to all members unless exceptional circumstances are provided.
3 Annual General Meetings shall be held once a year and all members informed at least one month in advance of the date set.
4 The committee will be appointed at the A.G. M. by a democratic voting system and will consist of a minimum of five and a maximum of eight members.
Nominations for the committee must be received in writing prior to the AGM. If more than eight nominations are received a vote will be held to determine
which Members shall form the committee.
5 The financial statement of the club accounts will be presented by the Treasurer, or their nominee, at the A.G. M. Club accounts will be available for inspection
by any Member at the A.G. M.
6 Members of the T.V.M.G.O.C. are defined as; those who have paid the annual membership fee and their partner if the said partner shows regular
attendance at meetings or events. Children under18 years of age will not get a vote but will be considered as associate members of the T.V.M.G.O.C.
if their parents are fully paid up members.
7 The committee reserves the right to refuse membership to undesirable persons.
8 The committee reserves the right to expel members who, in their opinion, are damaging the reputation of the club as a whole.
9 All committee members should attend at least half of the committee meetings held each year.
10 3 committee members are required for any committee meeting to proceed.
11 Membership fees for the forthcoming year shall be discussed at the A.G. M. and can be changed by a majority vote at the A.G. M.
12 Membership fee is due the first of January each year. Members not renewed by the A.G. M. will have deemed to have lapsed
