Kate and Miri

go to
Venice

and

come back !

There aren't actually any surviving pictures from this intrepid exploration into the unknown as the camera upon seeing home sighed and with a contented smile upon its care worn face departed from this life forever.
The information here imparted is gathered largely from the tattered remains of Miriam's journal.....

This is a church near the hotel where we stayed (The hotel itself is marked by the star), and here be some sketches, I appologise for the pixelised-ness and the proportion that often went funky...

These two were part of one huge tomb sculpture... possibly by Titian.... who Kate informs me is very famous......

Grumble grumble, you couldn't get very close. T'was a pity.

There were two shrivelled, sinewy skeleton statues, they were just fantastic.

Grumble grumble, you couldn't touch those either, and they could have used better light, och well, I suppose if it was to stop them disintegrating I can bear it, grumble grumble...

In one corner is an image of brilliantly dressed people in prayer. It's quite unnerving to find it's staring back at you.

I admit, though, this is not one of mine....

Ja, that just about finishes off that attempt to be young ladies of CUL-CHA.

...Um we did do some other stuff, but my eyes are tired and because they involved a lot of touristy-ness there are less sketches....

och well

Oh dear, I went to Venice, and I don't even have one picture of a canal......

tsk tsk

TO the top, boy, and if your quick I'll give you a shiny penny...

Take me away from this place, Brad !
