Four musicians meet, for a one-off collision of ideas,
An impromptu one-off session, that lead to the creation of a music, not quite Endgame, and almost seriously avant-garde, notably due to Nick Mott (of Volcano The Bear and Songs From Norway, also guest with The Newt Hounds) and his strangely ethereal violin. It put us in a different frame of mind, transporting us back to the kosmische weirdness of the early 1970's, somewhere between esoteric Stockhausen, Kluster/Cluster and the darkest Tangerine Dream, it's a unique invention. It stood on the shelf a while, but is a unique creation that we keep coming back to, hence its eventual release. |
