Hi, Alan here. Yes, the CD version of "Cause & Effect" is quite different to VCD. Coping with filming whilst recording meant I had to have a lot more sounds ready prepared to launch and let run. Also, as we all played a lot more to the camera, the results are often abstract soundscapes fronted by solo instruments, a different angle to the Triax sound heard before. It also became evident that certain sections stood up as tracks in their own right, and I couldn't resist doing a reverse/concrete spooky remix!
