Both the interior and exterior design is typically Italian, with wood shutters and a large front veranda. Large open planned, high ceiling,
lounge/dining area with elevated kitchen space. Dining table seats 6 and in the
lounge area is a large L-shaped settee (seats 6 plus) with other furnishings of
rustic style in dark Indian Rosewood.
The kitchen is fully fitted and fully
equipped, with a four ring gas hob and a combination electric oven/microwave and ample cupboard
storage space. There is a washing machine at the rear of the
property for the use of the guests.

The villa enjoys a secluded hillside
location, the approach road to the villa is a white-top type. The main gates
open onto a sloping drive with the villa on the right and further down the drive
on the left is the 3 x 8 mts x 1.8 mts continuous depth pool (solely for the use of the
guests) with superb views across the wooded mountain side. At the end of the
drive is a separate detached studio house, with a picnic area beyond that.
Immediately around the villa is a grassed area (with hammock) and patio with a
built-in Bar–B-Q (charcoal /ignition fluid/cooking utensils provided). Garden
and pool furniture is provided including cushions and the veranda/grounds have
external lighting.
1) The villa is sited on its own with no immediate neighbours/facilities. Car hire is essential, nearest facilities in Bettona (15 mins)
2) Due to the hillside location, may not be suitable for very young or persons with walking difficulties.
3) Owners may be in residence in studio
house, this is a totally separate property at the end of the drive, discretion
for guests is maintained but owners are available if necessary. The owners will
not use the pool when guests are present.
4) There is no maid service, changeover
day is Saturday. Guests are requested to arrive after 4.00pm. and to depart by
11.00am.
5) A breakage deposit of 100 Euros (cash)
is required upon arrival and will be returned within 14 days of departure.
The walled hilltop village of Bettona is a 15-minute car drive, a place worth visiting. Bettona and immediate surrounding area has all the usual
facilities (Banks/Restaurants/Supermarkets/Post Office etc) Full details

A deposit of £200 per week at time of booking and
the balance payable no later than 6 weeks before commencement of vacation. If
booking is less than 6 weeks prior to commencement of vacation then payment in
full is required at time of booking.
