In 1918 the world declared the Great War “a war to end all wars”. After 1945 the nations gathered together to seek peace through union in trade, finance, and humanitarian aid.
The world now enjoys many benefits from advances in knowledge and travel. All countries have seen developments in education, health care and access to technology.
