The Commander comes back from holiday to find New Scotland Yard in chaos and just as he thinks he is getting back on top of things, some engineers find a body imbedded in thirty year old concrete at Baker Street Underground Station... Once the identity of the body is revealed however, fresh cans of worms duly begin to open....
