Who is he?
The IT expert and general hard working Gopher in the Security Service. His real chance to shine appears in Holborn when he gets to create the technological systems for the new Transport Division HQ building and then he goes from there to become the number three in the Division.

Dedicated hard working workaholic. Appears disorganised but actually is very efficient and good at what he does.

If there is one character who best reflects myself in the series, then Fuller is the chap. The only major thing is he is tall, I most definitely am not!
Known Associates:
Tends to work on his own a lot but suddenly finds life getting a lot more complicated when he meets Jennifer Caverner, a relationship that can only be described as the Security Service equivalent of the odd couple which then develops over subsequent episodes. They finally get married in the early scenes of 'Lewisham'.
