| St. James's Park is notable for two key things, one of which is
significant to the story of Waterloo. Firstly the wonderfull
Art-Deco building that the station is situated within is the famous '55 Broadway' address
that is home to the headquarters of London
Transport.
Also here on the opposite side of the road is New Scotland Yard,
headquarters of the Metropolitan Police
and most famous for its rotating three sided sign shown right.
Over the course of the series from Waterloo onwards, St James Park
becomes a frequent destination for the characters in the story. |
