This is a flood meadow, with ditches on 2 sides, hedges on the other 2. It is adjoining the Lench Ditch.
It is an important venue for migrating wading birds.
It is leased to a local farmer for grazing.
It has a large area of Tubular Water Dropwort, at its best at the end of June.
