This Will of ROBERT SWAN the Elder late of the Parish of Saffron Walden in the County of Essex deceased was proved the Third day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy. Before the Reverend Robert Cainton Clerk Surrogate and by the oath of JOHN SWAN son of the said deceased and sole Executor to whom Administration of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased was granted and committed on the Thirteenth day of the said month of November he being first sworn duly to Administer.
