Also I Give and Devise in like manner, All that piece of Customary Land called Clarke's Mead, and also All that piece of Land called Wood Close with all and every Right Title Interest Reversion and Inheritance therein unto my Nephew William Nottage and to his heirs and assigns forever. Also I give and devise unto my loving husband Robert Swan my Acre of Customary Land lying in Brock older field in the said Parish of Walden for and during the term of his natural life. And from after his decease I Give and Devise the same unto my Nephew John Nottage and his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness thereof I the said Sarah Swan the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament or Appointment set my hand and seal the sixth day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Two.

On the 18th day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Three. ??? to ??? Robert Swan otherwise Swann the Lawful Husband and also a Devisee named in the last Will and Testament of Sarah Swan otherwise Swann late of the Parish of Saffron Walden in the County of Essex deceased administer the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased together with her said last Will and Testament annexed and according to the tenor and effect thereof (no Executor Residuary Legatee be named therein) He being first sworn duly to administer.
