On April 4th we had  a workshop with Rosie Fisher. It was entitled ‘Contemporary still life in acrylic and experimenting with media’. Although not as well attended as hoped, those who were there enjoyed their day and were encouraged to be more adventurous.

In November 2008, Gill Sunde gave a very enjoyable workshop on ‘pen and wash’. Everyone who attended produced two paintings and we all thought that a further class in 2009 would be beneficial.

A further workshop was held on Tuesday March 10th 2009 with Gill Sunde. The subject was ‘Pastel Portraits’ and it was well attended and enjoyed by all participants.
